The Save Search feature helps you work smarter in LACES by turning complicated or frequently used search combinations into reusable tools. Whether you’re filtering students by enrollment status, combining attendance data, or applying multiple criteria, saved searches make it easy to return to your exact setup anytime.
How It Helps:
Save and reuse complex searches: Combine multiple Search Tiles, such as filters, criteria builder conditions, and subsets, and save them for future use by clicking Save Search.
Share with your agency: Check “Share this search with your agency” to make useful searches available to colleagues under Searches > Shared Searches.
Stay organized and efficient: Manage saved searches under Searches > My Searches, with quick options to Add, Replace, or Delete.
Ensure consistency: Shared searches help your team apply the same data criteria and reduce repetitive setup across the agency, streamlining workflows and ensuring everyone accesses the same accurate dataset.

Remove SSN Column from Raw Data Version of Potential Co-Enrollments Report (LA-21363) The Excel (Raw Data) version of the Potential Co-Enrollments report no longer includes unmasked Social Security Numbers to enhance data privacy.

Update Student Levels With Imported Assessments (LA-21237) Resolved an issue where assessments imported via the Assessments (Generic) Import did not update the student’s Current and Entry Levels or Assessment Status in the related subject area.
